The Chitrolekha Journal on Art and Design (E-ISSN 2456-978X) is a scholarly open-access peer-reviewed journal for discussions on the evolution and intercategorial development of art and design. The journal explores arts both as a mode of signaling and being in an ontological sense. Therefore, the journal’s scope is open-ended to incorporate and address emerging areas in human arts and sciences. The journal is indexed By ProQuest Arts Premium Database, EBSCO Art & Architecture Core Source Database, Index Islamicus (Brill), Dimensions (Digital Science) etc.
The journal is inviting applications for various Editorial Positions. All positions are, however, voluntary and no financial transaction is involved. Any qualified person from any part of the world can apply for the positions:
- Editor-in-Chief
- Managing Editor
- Section Editors for Architecture, Sculpture, Painting, Digital Art, History of Art, Fashion Designing, Product Designing etc
- Reviewers
Essential Qualifications:
With the sole aim of raising the standard of the journal, we desire the following essential qualifications from the applicants:
- Having an academic background in Visual Arts
- Working in the position of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor in a university or in an institution of a similar category
- Having working skills in computer operation (Email, MS Word, web surfing)
- Minimum five publications in scholarly journals
- Knowledge in editorial affairs
- Creative imagination to inspire and guide the entire publication process.
Payment:Â All positions are of voluntary nature for the advancement and promotion of scholarly causes and no payment shall be made.
